By downloading, installing, or using Mess Hall (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These terms are between you and Zaruni Ltd., a company registered in Nairobi, Kenya.
2. Description of the App
Mess Hall is a free utility app: Plan your weekly meals, browse Kenyan recipes, and generate a grocery list automatically. Designed for university students on a budget. Works fully offline. The App is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use.
3. It is free — no hidden charges
Mess Hall is completely free to download and use. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or premium features. Zaruni Ltd. reserves the right to introduce optional paid features in the future, but will never charge for features that are currently free without clear prior notice.
4. No account required
Mess Hall does not require you to create an account. You do not provide personal information to use the App. See our Privacy Policy for full details of what data (if any) the App stores locally on your device.
5. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Zaruni Ltd. does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any information it contains is complete or accurate. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zaruni Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including but not limited to loss of data or reliance on information provided by the App.
7. Your data
Any data you create or store within Mess Hall belongs to you. We do not access, copy, or use it. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
8. Updates and changes
Zaruni Ltd. may update the App at any time to fix bugs, improve accuracy, or add features. We may also update these Terms of Use. The current version will always be published at this URL. Continued use of the App after a terms update constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
