Support FAQ

Before you send a request

Use these checks to route the issue properly and avoid sharing sensitive information.

Should I contact support from the app or website?

Use the app first when you can sign in because Support Inbox links the request to your transaction. Use the website form when you cannot access the app or need pre-sign-in help.

What should I include in a support request?

Include your account email or phone, the issue category, the transaction reference if you have one, and a short explanation of what happened.

What should I never send to support?

Never send passwords, OTP codes, card PINs, private keys, or sensitive credentials. Zaruni support does not need those to review an issue.
